Processes mapped and managed
We deliver a full implementation, or the parts you need: introducing a process notation, documenting the processes, accelerators and best practices. We also work with activity-based costing, Lean and Six Sigma, governance, risk and compliance, and quality management. We have more than ten years of business process management implementations behind us, first on TIBCO Nimbus and now on Elements.cloud, where each process is drawn as a map that anyone can read.
M‑Files built around your documents
We deliver the full M‑Files implementation. We define what you store and how it is described (the metadata), build the workflows, set up the structure, and integrate with CRM, ERP and other systems. M‑Files then works from Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and we start with the documents that cause the most trouble, often as a pilot.
The technical work
We install the software and handle upgrades, integration and API work, and script programming. M‑Files can run in the cloud, on your own servers or as a hybrid; where it runs on your servers, we install and upgrade it.
Advice on the project itself
We advise on BPM, manage the project and align it with your strategy. We facilitate the workshops, build the business case, and provide training and e-learning for the people who will work in the system.
A clear picture of how software is used
We analyse and capture how your software packages are used, define what information you need, set up the structure, and deliver graphical analysis that is easy to understand. With M‑Files Reporting, vault data can be copied to a reporting database for dashboards in external tools.
Support after go-live
Fast access to specialist knowledge, an agreed SLA, and technical advice and support. Upgrades are part of the technical work we take on, and enquiries are answered the same working day.

Existing files can stay in network folders or SharePoint Online and be shown through connectors, or be moved in. With the M‑Files Metadata Agent, metadata can be added to existing documents in bulk.
