What is the trial?
The trial gives companies access to M‑Files free of charge for 30 days.

A demo first, if you can spare the time. In the demo we show M‑Files on documents like yours and the integrations at work, so you know what to look for in the trial. The trial then lets you and your colleagues try it at your own pace. If you would rather look first, ask for the trial and book the demo when the questions come.
What do we learn during the 30 days?
How to use M‑Files Aino (generative AI) to find the information you need, how to create and collaborate on documents, how to automate workflows and processes, and how to keep information secure throughout its lifecycle.
What is in the trial vault?
A simple vault with basic content and workflows pre-loaded, and the core of M‑Files to try: create documents, manage access, automate workflows, work on documents with colleagues and use generative AI to search. Videos show the integrations.
Can I invite colleagues?
Yes. Add as many colleagues as you like to the trial vault; we guide you through it.
How do I get access?

Can we see M‑Files in Danish or Swedish?
Yes. M‑Files is available in more than 30 languages, and in a demo you see it set up in your language, the way your organisation would use it.
What happens when the trial ends?
You get an email when the 30 days are up, and the trial vault closes. If you want to continue with M‑Files, contact us before the end date. The usual next step is a pilot on your own documents, which we can start quickly.
What does M‑Files cost after the trial?
The licence is the published part: Essentials has a published per-user price on m-files.com and is usually billed yearly, and Enterprise is quoted. Implementation, training and support after go-live come on top and depend on what is in scope. Pricing and editions sets out the four parts.
