Successful employees are good business

Documents and processes your people can rely on

The current version is the one that comes up, and the way the work should run sits right next to the work itself. Solution Management makes that happen with M‑Files and Elements.cloud: we implement them, shape the processes around them and stay on after go-live.

What we do

Software and consultancy for documents and processes

Good document management and clear processes are two sides of the same thing: people knowing where to find what they need and how the work is meant to run. We implement M‑Files and Elements.cloud, advise on the processes and the technology around them, and stay on as your support after go-live. An authorised M‑Files reseller and an Elements.cloud reseller, based in Copenhagen and working across the Nordics.

Find the right document

With M‑Files your people find and share documents faster, because a document is filed by what it is and a search brings up the current version. Workflows handle review and approval, and there are ready-made solutions to build on.

See who does what

Elements.cloud shows each process as a map in the browser, published to the roles that need it and kept current, with ISO 9001 tagged on the activities it applies to.

Consultancy and technical help

We scope the project, run the workshops, implement the system and train your people. After go-live you have fast access to specialist knowledge, technical advice and support under an agreed SLA.

M‑Files

Every document found by what it is

M‑Files is the document management system we implement. A document is saved once, described by what it is, and appears under every customer, project and contract it belongs to, with the current version first. Approvals run as workflows, and who may open a document follows from what it is.

  • The current version comes up first — Every change is a version, and the earlier ones stay behind the one in force.
  • Works in Word, Excel and Outlook — Documents are saved from Office and emails filed from Outlook, with their details, so filing is part of saving.
  • Cloud or your own servers — M‑Files runs in M‑Files Cloud, on your own servers or as a hybrid, and the free 30-day trial runs in the cloud.

Elements.cloud

Processes people open and follow

Elements.cloud is where we map business processes with you, in UPN, a notation anyone can read. Every activity carries the role that performs it, the documents it needs and the ISO 9001 requirement it answers, and each person opens the processes of their own role. With VisualQMS, our quality management system, the maps and the controlled documents become one system on M‑Files.

  • Drawn together in a workshop — The process owners draw the overview on one page and hand out the detail.
  • Published to each role — Every change is reviewed and approved before it reaches the people who work by it.
  • Open from M‑Files — With M‑Files holding the documents, each activity opens its approved procedure.

Questions

What people ask before a demo

What does Solution Management do?
We are an authorised M‑Files reseller and an Elements.cloud reseller: M‑Files for documents, Elements.cloud for processes. We sell the software, scope and deliver the implementation, train your people and support you after go-live. We also offer VisualQMS, our own quality management system, and the M‑Files add‑ons from our development partner CtrlDocs. What our services cover lists the service areas.
Are you an M‑Files partner in Denmark?
Yes. Solution Management is an authorised M‑Files reseller based in Søborg, Copenhagen, with customers all over the Nordics. We sell M‑Files, scope and deliver the implementation, train your people and support you after go-live under an agreed SLA. Our development partner CtrlDocs, whose add‑ons for M‑Files we sell and implement, was named M‑Files Solution Partner of the Year 2025. About Solution Management says more about who we are.
What is Elements.cloud, and do you consult on it?
Elements.cloud draws each process as a map in the browser, in a notation called UPN that anyone can read, and publishes it to the roles that need it. We are an Elements.cloud reseller and offer consultancy on it, with more than ten years of business process management implementations behind us. Visual process management explains how we work with it.
Is M‑Files cloud or on-premises?
Both. M‑Files runs on-premises, in the cloud or as a hybrid of the two, and M‑Files Cloud is hosted in Microsoft Azure. The free 30-day trial runs in the cloud.
How long does an implementation take?
That depends on the scope, so we agree the timeline with you when we scope the project. We scope and deliver full M‑Files implementations, and can start quickly with a pilot for your use cases.
Where do you work?
With customers all over the Nordics, from our office in Søborg, Copenhagen.
What does an M‑Files project cost?
A quote has four parts: licences, implementation, training and support after go-live. Essentials has a published per-user price on m-files.com and is usually billed yearly; Enterprise is quoted. Pricing and editions sets the four parts out, and we can start with a pilot.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. The free 30-day trial is a cloud vault with basic content and workflows, M‑Files Aino included. Or book a demo and see it on documents like yours.
